Compassionate individual and couples psychotherapy delivered in person and online so you can focus on healing and growth—wherever life takes you.
Feel differently, live fully.
My approach is active, relational, and often confrontational. I invite clients to consider alternative perspectives and challenge stuck patterns. I don’t approach therapy as a passive space where I simply listen and validate. I engage directly, build real relationships with my clients, and participate in the work alongside you. I make room for messiness, honesty, anger, fear, humor, and accountability in order to facilitate change. I believe in using our work together as a real example of what healthy attachment and connection can look like. Therapy can be uncomfortable and disruptive, and it can also be deeply meaningful. At its best, I believe therapy should wake you up—helping you see yourself and your life more clearly so you can move differently in the world.

Individual Therapy
I work with adults to understand the patterns, behaviors, and experiences that hold them back, from anxiety and trauma to ADHD, OCD, and burnout. Therapy is active and relational—you won’t just be heard, you’ll be challenged, supported, and invited to try new ways of living.
Couples Therapy
I work with couples and families to identify patterns that keep you stuck and help you create new ways of relating. Sessions are active and collaborative, focusing on communication, trust, attachment wounds, and breaking cycles that no longer serve you.
Group Therapy
Group sessions provide a structured, safe, and engaging space to explore shared challenges and learn from others while being supported and challenged.
Current groups:
Women’s Processing Group
Readiness to Change: Processing Substance Misuse
Couples Therapy Group
Sex Therapy
I help individuals and couples explore challenges around sexuality, desire, and sexual behavior in a way that is honest, nonjudgmental, and curiosity-driven. Together, we confront shame, trauma, or compulsive patterns and work toward sexual well-being and empowerment.
